I’ve gotten a few requests for more detailed info on the food I am eating as I go through this physical change. So in the interest of being here to condense info for you guys. Here is cliffs notes version on some easy moves to help your health.
One of the easiest moves to make is to swap that processed calorie dense bread for a @flatoutbreads wrap. This is n’t perfect, it isn’t raw food, or anything that extreme but it is good choice in the right direction.
I need to correct something I said int he Video broccoli and Clover are both good for you. Alfalfa sprouts are the ones that have some negative components, maybe. Basically int CAN impact your immune system in SOME people. Does this mean it’s cause you a problem, probably not, but why not just get clover or broccoli sprouts and not even have to think about it
That dressing you see me drizzle on without discussing(Hey I am learning here too. Is @primalkitchenfoods Avocado Oil Greek Dressing. It’s delicious. I do need to find a something more “oil & vinegar for this Italian style sandwich, but that worked in a pinch. I also enjoy it with that yellow mustard you see in the background
I throw some sliced tomatoes in as I bitch about not having red onion. Mind you I am directly above a commercial kitchen as I make this complaint. Don’t bitch about your problems if you aren’t willing to work on em.
I throw on a few slices each of Capicola, Sopresseta, and Dry Salami from @columbuscraftmeats. Deli meat is never gonna be lean beef but if you are working with deli meant it really does pay to go top shelf. You can taste the difference.
I was saying, when I so rudely cut myself off. I went with Italian sounding meats to get that sandwich feel.
Often times our day just doesn’t live up to our plan. But we can always actualize the most important plan, positive attitude, positive mindset, gratitude.
Also enjoy a little work, enjoy a challenge. That’s the pleasure in life. The accomplishments feel good because of the journey, not in spite of it.
